Westminster Abbey
The Westminster Abbey is at the Parliament Square in the heart of London near to the Parliament building and the Big Ben.
Westminster Abbey have more than a thousand years. The firs building was in the middle of the tenth century. The present church is one of the most important Gothic buildings in the country with another styles like medieval and Anglo-Saxon.
The abbey is the place where the most popular people in the nation's history are buried or commemorated. The tombs and memorials are the most important collection of sculpture anywhere in the United Kingdom. Kings, queens, statesmen, soldiers, poets, priests and important people are buried here.
Is also important the library and he collections and archives of books and manuscripts.
Is a good place to music and have The Choir with singers and organists are really important for the London musical culture.

Downing street
This street has been the residence of all Prime minster in the history of England and some departments and chancellories of the United Kingdom.
The street was built in the 1680's by sir George Downing on the site of a mansion called Hampden house. In the actuality, lots of important persons of the United kingdom government, live in this street, for example:
-9th downing street was named in 2001 and is the entrance of the Privy council office. It's part of number 10.
-10th is the house of the first lord of the tresuary, wich means the same than the Prime minster of United kingdom.
-11th has been the house of the second lord of tresuary, so is the house of the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
-12th formerly the Chief Whip's Office, currently houses the Prime Minister's Press Office, Strategic Communications Unit and Information and Research Unit.
When Tony Blair was the Prime minster, didn't live in the 10th because this was too small for his 3 children, so he changed the house with Gordon Brown, the 2nd Lord of tresuary who lived in the 11th, because the 11th is bigger and Gordon Brown wasn't married.

Stamford Bridge
Stamford Bridge is a football stadium in Fulham, in south-west London. It's the home of the Chelsea Football Club, which plays there since 1.905 but it opened in 1.877. This stadium is known as 'The Bridge' for the Chelsea fans.
The capacity of the stadium is over 40.000 seats and it's a UEFA Elite Stadium (a five-stars stadium). The highest assistance was of 100.000 people, 50 years ago.
In the beggining, there was an athletics track arround the football field because there was built to do athletic careers. Now, the part where the athletics track was is full of localities.
In 2.005, there was opened the Chelsea Football Club museum to commemorate his 100 years of history. In the museum you can see the most important football matches which has been played in the stadium, pictures of all the players who have played there, etc.
In the future, the club will augment the number of seats.

Emirate's Stadium
Emirate's Satdium is a football stadium located in Holloway in the London Borough of Islinghton and is the current home of Arsenal Football club.
The stadium opened in July 2006 and has an all seated capacity of 60,355
The Emirates Stadium was officially opened by Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh on Thursday 26 October 2006;
The first match to be played at the stadium was a testimonial for Dennis Bergkamp against his former club, Ajax. The match featured four teams; the first half saw the current Arsenal and Ajax sides play each other, while after the break each club fielded "Legends" sides
Thierry Henry scored the first ever Arsenal goal in the new stadium.
As well as functioning as a football stadium, the Emirates Stadium also operates as a conference centre and music venue.
